Head Chef Joe's menu was inspired by the tiny island just off the southern tip of India. Sri Lankan cuisine is sometimes similar to Indian food however has a distinctive spin with a vivid array of flavour combinations, spicy curries, sweet onion relishes and palm sugar sweetened desserts.
