Gregory Milne the executive chef of St Michael’s Mount brings together his love of foraging and cooking with wild local ingredients in his supper club series Gather. Gregory, a self taught cook, cut his teeth cooking at some of the South West’s best restaurants including The Pumphouse in Bristol and the Tolcarne Inn in Newlyn, before taking the helm at The Harbour Loft and the island cafe where he incorporates the best of wild seasonality into his afternoon tea menu. Gather is a celebration of local foraging and an expression of Cornish flora and fauna through a multi course meal.
