Elena – Wedding & Events Manager
Elena joined the Knightor team in 2019 as a Front of House team member and has worked her way through the business ever since. In 2021, she became one of our Wedding Coordinators before stepping into the role of Wedding & Events Manager in 2024. With a genuine passion for the wedding industry, Elena loves getting to know each couple and helping bring their vision to life. She oversees every aspect of the weddings team, ensuring each celebration is planned with care and delivered seamlessly from start to finish. When she's not at Knightor, you'll most likely find her exploring Cornwall with her spaniel, Milo, or immersing herself in a good book. |

Isla – Wedding & Events Coordinator
Similar to Elena's story, Isla joined the Knightor team in 2021 as a Front of House team member before progressing to Wedding & Events Coordinator in 2023. Her favourite part of the role is watching each couple's ideas come together and seeing their personalities reflected throughout the day. From colourful styling to meaningful personal touches, Isla enjoys helping couples create a wedding that feels completely their own. Outside of Knightor, Isla loves spending time with her friends and family, especially on the beach. She has a passion for fashion, all things colourful and loves seeing bold styling choices incorporated into weddings. |

Nay – Wedding & Events Coordinator
Nay joined the Knightor team in 2025, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Following maternity leave after welcoming her little boy, Ezra, in 2023, she joined the weddings team with a passion for creating exceptional experiences and building genuine relationships with every couple she meets. Known for her warm, friendly approach and eye for detail, Nay loves being part of the excitement from the very beginning and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As she's currently planning her own wedding, she understands the emotions, excitement and decision-making that come with the process. She enjoys sharing that journey with our couples and helping them feel supported every step of the way. |
