To celebrate 2025 coming to an end, what better way than to run through some of our highlights of the year. 

The year our open days came to life!

This year, we hosted five unforgettable Open Days at Knightor Winery — each one filled with love, laughter, and inspiration. It’s been such a joy helping our couples imagine their perfect day, meet our team and suppliers, and see the venue at its very best.

Al fresco at its finest.

Cornwall’s skies gave us a taste of the Mediterranean, with golden evenings perfect for courtyard dining. Our couples feasted, toasted, and soaked up the sunshine — pure Italian charm, right here at home. We especially loved seeing the bright, joyful décor and florals on the tables, filling each gathering with warmth and colour.

All kinds of fun!

Garden games have always been one of our favourite add-ons, but this year they were taken to the next level! Our couples went beyond the classic four-in-a-row, bringing in everything from mini golf to inflatable gladiators — and even a bucking bronco! We’d love to give a big shoutout to Little Eden for their incredible range of games that kept not just guests, but even our couples, entertained all day long.

The Summer Of BBQ Feasts!

With help from our amazing catering team, Arbo, we introduced a BBQ Feast menu that quickly became an instant favourite. Generous sharing platters stretched across the tables, filled with slow-roasted meats, crisp salads, and all the colours and flavours of summer dining. The pulled pork collar and charred hispi cabbage were clear favourites — loved just as much by our team as by our couples!

Saying ‘I Do’ Outdoors

Our arbour, by the wildflower pond, has been the perfect backdrop for so many heartfelt ‘I do's. From bright blooms to delicate bunting, every couple has added their own personality and colour, making each outdoor ceremony beautifully unique.

The beauty of keeping it small.

We’ve had the joy of hosting so many intimate weddings and ceremony-only celebrations this year — each one proof that smaller can be just as magical. Our couples still enjoy the same beautiful setting, attention to detail, and care from our team — just on a more personal scale.
