THE CORNISH COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE Let your inner mixologist thrive as you create your very own bottle of Vermouth to take home. With a Cornish cocktail on arrival, immerse yourself in the story behind our award-winning Vermouth. Once you have sampled and chosen your Vermouth base, you will blend your botanicals from a list curated by our Head Winemaker to achieve your unique flavour. Enjoy a second cocktail whilst hand bottling, corking, waxing and labelling your bottle. GUIDED WINERY TOURS This starts with a welcome drink, discussing the grape varieties grown in this country as well as those from other regions around the world, with tips on how to grow your own. This is followed by a look in the winery for an introduction to how our wine is made, and finally a tasting of four wines. Upon finishing, you are welcome to browse our winery shop. PORTSCATHO VINEYARD TOURS Located at our Portscatho vineyard (at The Vine), we are running a series of guided vineyard tours throughout July & August. With the vines bursting with grapes ahead of the harvest, it is the perfect time to visit to gain an insight into the different varieties grown and learn about the winemaking process. Return to the barn with a tasting of four Knightor wines, accompanied with a selection of charcuterie and cheese boards (vegan options available).
