GUIDED WINE TOURS

Take a journey from Grape to Glass with one of our Winemakers

Discover how different grape varieties and winemaking techniques produce the styles you like to drink. 
Follow the grapes from the vine to the bottle and finish with a tutored tasting.

THE CORNISH COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE

Our cocktail experience is not just a drink; 
As you savour your first cocktail our mixologists will share the history and inspiration behind vermouth, and explain with tastings how the key components in great drinks work.
You will then choose from the many botanicals before you create your own blend to sample as part of a bespoke spritz.
