Take a journey from Grape to Glass with one of our Winemakers.
Discover how different grape varieties and winemaking techniques produce the styles you like to drink. Follow the grapes from the vine to the bottle and finish with a tutored tasting. Self Guided Wine Tastings - Four for £10 More informal, at your own pace than the structured tastings and can mix with ordering drinks from the bar. Great way to have an Aperitif! As you savour your first cocktail our mixologists will share the history and inspiration behind vermouth, and explain with tastings how the key components in great drinks work.
