Summer Cocktail Recipes!

Summer is supposedly here, but we aren't letting the rain dampen our spirits! We are still enjoying the same Vermouth based cocktails and attempting to celebrate the glimpses of sunshine between the showers. Here we have highlighted four of our favourites for you to try, each perfect for those garden parties (fingers crossed) or gatherings. 

Passionfruit Martini 

Packed full of zingy flavours, the Passionfruit Martini is the true taste of summer!

Ingredients

20ml Knightor White Vermouth
20ml Vodka
20ml Passoa
40ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Passionfruit Puree
10ml Lime Juice
Lime Wheel to Garnish 

Method

- Place ice into a coupe glass
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice
- Shake!
- Strain the shaker into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a lime wheel

Fruit Cup Spritz

A light summery spritz, reminiscent of a classic Pimms - full of flavour!

Ingredients 

90ml Knightor Classic Cuvée
20ml Knightor White Vermouth
15ml Knightor Rosso Vermouth
15ml Triple Sec
30ml Soda
​Orange & Mint to Garnish

Method

- Add all ingredients to a short glass with ice
- Garnish with an orange wheel and mint sprig

Tom Collins

One of the oldest cocktails, the first recorded recipe for this zesty gin and lemon drink was in an American book in 1876!

Ingredients

20ml Knightor Dry Vermouth
30ml Dry Gin
25ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
Top with Soda Water
Lemon Wheel or Cherries to Garnish

Methods

- Add all ingredients into a highball glass with ice
- Garnish with lemon wheel and cherries

Cosmopolitan

Rising to fame in the 90's due to the success of popular sitcom Sex & The City, this fruity cocktail is a staple at any party. 

Ingredients 

20ml Knightor Rosé Vermouth
20ml Triple Sec
20ml Vodka
40ml Cranberry Juice
20ml Lime Juice
Rosemary & Raspberries to Garnish

Methods

- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake and double strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cocktail stick with raspberries
